We loved the location of this hotel as it was just a few minutes' walk from the train station, making it easy for us to travel around this city. The cleanliness of the hotel room was impressive, and we had everything we needed, including a mini-fridge, safety box, and towels. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and their assistance made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Located conveniently near public transportation. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The bathroom facilities were impressive and the hotel had basic amenities such as coffee and bottled water provided for guests. Some rooms had a great view and a cute rooftop pool which adds to the overall experience.

TV channels were limited and had unstable reception which made for a less enjoyable stay.

My recent stay at Santa Grand Classic in Chinatown was a delightful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice ambiance. I especially loved the design and facilities in the bathroom. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, thanks to the friendly team. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to Central Market and surrounded by historical sites and charming shophouses. Despite the area being unfamiliar, I felt safe and enjoyed exploring. The complimentary food and drinks upon arrival were a nice touch. I highly recommend Santa Grand Classic for a pleasant stay in Kuala Lumpur.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right near Chinatown in the center of the city. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The free toiletries and hairdryer provided added convenience, and the electric kettle was a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to the room. The dining options at the hotel were fantastic, and the food at the café was delicious. we had a great experience.

Our weekend at this hotel was a great experience. The room was well equipped with a hair dryer, small shaver, and comb. The lighting in the room was quite satisfying. We enjoyed the central location, which made it easy for us to get to nearby restaurants and attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of minor issues. The hot water in the bathroom was slow to heat up when we first turned it on.

Enjoyed my Xmas vacation with friendly staff and fast check-in. The location was surrounded by history and shophouses, which made the experience unique. The room amenities were great, with a mini-fridge and great bathroom facilities.

The TV placement was not comfortable, as it was quite high towards the ceiling. The pillows were high and dense, making for an uncomfortable sleep.
